Reducer headsets are just that. They are headsets that reduce the headtube size from one size to another. Sometimes known as step down headsets. For example if you have a 1.5 inch head tube on your bike and a 1 1/8 inch steerer tube on your forks they will not fit. Unless you fit a reducer headset that is.
