CO2 pumps or inflators are fantastic, not just for race days when time spent pumping up a tyre can cost you so many positions. These things can save a few friendships when your mates are stood in the rain on a freezing night waiting for you to pump up your tyre again as you couldn't be bothered pumping it up the last time you punctured 100 yards up the trail.
